Jaye Pratt, Executive Director

Jaye was born in New Mexico and grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She has a wide range of administrative, hospitality, and public relations experience. She has worked as a flight attendant, as a liaison for the producers of several television shows, and as a public relations secretary. For the past twelve years she has run her own business designing textbooks and other educational materials. 

Jaye is passionate about and committed to finding a solution for the wild horses that have already been gathered from our public lands.


Michelle Zive, Director of Marketing

In her professional life, Michelle is an Executive Director of large community health programs at UC San Diego. Since 2002, she has secured funding through grants and contracts that total more than $11,500,000. She holds a Fund Development Certificate from UC San Diego and has firsthand experience with coordinating a media/ marketing campaign. 

She is the mother of three (ages 9 to 23) and wants to leave the world better than she found it.

Bob Gregg, Director of Fund Development

Bob has worked for over 25 years in a wide variety of fund-development disciplines. He has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.

His career includes leading the highly successful major gifts program for the The Salvation Army. In the last year the major gifts team raised over $22 million in outright gifts plus numerous planned gift referrals. Prior to The Salvation Army, Bob served Father Flanagan's Boys Home for over 11 years as the National Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving. His team supported the capital campaigns for all of the Boys Town sites.

Bob is excited about joining the Love Road executive board and believes it's mission is an important one!

Emron Pratt Jr., Director of Fund Management

Emron Pratt's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from Brigham Young University (1976); a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University (1979); and a Master of Laws (Taxation) from New York University School of Law (1985). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1980. Emron is a retried Executive Director at Ernst & Young LLP in its Dallas office. 

Emron spent part of his youth on a cotton farm near Las Cruces, New Mexico that was managed by his father, Emron Pratt, Senior.


Nick Nelson, Director of Tourism

Nick Nelson is an attorney in Dallas, Texas. Nick received a BA in journalism from Brigham Young University. He then worked as a reporter in south Texas, where he researched and wrote the book "Monkeys in the Middle" about a controversial treatment for Parkinson's disease. Nick then attended the University of Virginia School of Law. He has practiced law in the Dallas area since 2010, first in the business litigation department of Haynes and Boone, LLP, and more recently as in-house counsel for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.

Nick grew up in the West and came to have a deep love of the outdoors. His dream job was (and still is) to be a park ranger. Nick and his wife have five children.
